About me and my therapy practice

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have worked in providing counselling to survivors of sexual abuse at Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich, short term counselling at The Matthew Project in Norwich, family and individual work at Family Action in Swaffham.

Practice description

I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, this means I draw on different techniques and theories that enables me to tailor the way I work to suit your individual needs and personal circumstances. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, short or long term counselling based in the center of Norwich.
