About me and my therapy practice
Starting therapy can feel like a big and sometimes overwhelming step. I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying—without fear of judgment. You’re welcome just as you are. I believe that healing and change unfold through the relationships we build—with ourselves, with others, and in the space between. My approach is rooted in deep curiosity, respect, and care for each person’s unique story.
I’m a Â鶹Դ´-qualified integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a variety of approaches and tailor our work to suit your needs as a whole person. These include psychodynamic therapy—exploring how early experiences and unconscious patterns shape us—as well as existential and humanistic perspectives that focus on meaning, presence, and your potential for growth. I also hold awareness of the wider world and the impact of systemic and social injustices that can make life more difficult.

I believe that healing and change unfold through the relationships we build—with ourselves, with others, and in the space between. My approach is rooted in deep curiosity, respect, and care for each person’s unique story.
Alongside talking therapy, I bring in my experience as a yoga teacher. We can gently explore how body awareness, breath, and grounding practices support your emotional wellbeing. If words feel too much—or not quite enough—I offer creative ways to express and explore what’s within, including art, movement, and sandtray. I also offer eco-therapy for those drawn to reconnecting with nature as part of their healing journey.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´ qualified integrative counsellor, meaning I draw on a range of theories that I tailor to each person holistically. This includes the psychodynamic approach which focuses on your early life experiences and your unconscious processes, existentialism, the humanistic schools which look at your present experiences and potential for growth, and social injustices that may act as a barrier.
As a yoga teacher I work a lot with the body. Together we can explore how body and breathwork can help your self-care. And if words are not enough or get in the way, I offer space to experiment with creative art forms including sandtray, art, movement. I also offer eco-therapy.
I have been training as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2015 and I am currently undertaking an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the prestigious Minster centre, based in West London.
As well as being a Â鶹Դ´ Qualified Counsellor, I hold an Advanced Diploma from The Institute of Art Therapies in Education and a Certificate in Counselling Skills from the Gestalt Centre.
Practice description
Making the decision to embark on therapy can feel daunting. I offer a warm and empathic space where you can share and explore whatever is troubling you, without judgement. I believe that change happens in relationships both with ourselves and others. My work is informed by a curiosity and compassion for each person’s unique individual stories. Together we can work on what you’d like the courage to change and accept in your life.
Prior to my training, I worked for 15 years for various charities and not-for-profit groups, carefully telling the stories of marginalised groups and campaigning for human rights and social issues. These experiences have given me an understanding of how suffering can touch us all as individuals, and the far-reaching impact of systemic oppression.

I work with a range of experiences including anxiety, depression, low self-worth, grief and loss, trauma, identity questions, family and relationship difficulties, and the impact of cultural or systemic oppression. I hold space for the quiet, tender, tangled places we might not often share with others. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for something to shift, we can gently explore what’s going on underneath, and what might help you move forward with more ease and self-trust.
