About me and my therapy practice
Feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or constantly under pressure? The demands of modern work and life can leave us exhausted, disconnected, and struggling to cope. I provide online counselling across the UK, offering a warm and supportive space where we can make sense of what's happening, explore the challenges you're facing, and find a way forward.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting our work to suit your individual needs rather than expecting you to fit a particular model of therapy. Together, we can find a way of working that feels comfortable, effective, and right for you.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or a life change that has left you feeling unsettled. Perhaps you're noticing patterns that keep repeating, feeling stuck, or carrying a sense that something isn't quite right, even if it's difficult to put into words.
My role is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that shape your life. Alongside careful listening and thoughtful challenge, I can offer practical tools and new perspectives to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My aim is to support you in moving towards a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to face it alone.
Practice description
I offer 50-minute counselling sessions in person, online and by telephone, with options for both short-term and longer-term work depending on your needs.
To begin, we can arrange a free, brief introductory phone or video call. This gives you the opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy, think about the kind of support you’re looking for, and decide whether I feel like the right fit for you.
My first session
During your first session with me, we will be putting pieces in position for beginning your therapy journey.
This will involve discussing what you can expect from this space- confidentiality, safeguarding and boundaries that are essential to therapy. Further we will explore together what you want to achieve from our sessions, give you the opportunity to ask questions and explore a little of your background and history, perhaps set some goals so that we can plot a course forward together.
