About me and my therapy practice

Do you often feel like you’re holding everything together for everyone else — work, family, or relationships — while quietly feeling overwhelmed yourself?
As an integrative counsellor and wellness coach, I work with adults who carry a lot of responsibility in their lives. Many appear capable and coping on the outside, yet privately struggle with anxiety, stress, burnout, self-criticism, or the pressure of keeping everything together. Many of the people I work with are used to supporting others, but rarely give themselves the same space and care.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Alongside traditional talking therapy, I integrate wellness coaching tools to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in everyday life.
My aim is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but to equip you with lasting strategies that build resilience, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, or simply want space to reflect and grow, I’m here to listen and support you.

Online sessions come with lots of benefits—they’re flexible, convenient, and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own space. Saving you the time, energy, and cost of travelling, while making sessions accessible, no matter where you are in the country.
If you have health or mobility concerns online sessions can feel like a safe and comfortable option.
My first session
Your first session is a chance to explore what has brought you to counselling and begin addressing the challenges you’re facing. Many people feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed before starting therapy — this session is designed to help you feel supported from the very first meeting.
We’ll discuss your goals, explore what’s challenging you, and start identifying strategies to help you manage stress, anxiety, or other difficulties. You’ll leave the session with understanding, clarity, and practical tools you can begin using right away.
This session also gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss how we will work together, and decide if it feels like the right fit. It’s not a formal assessment — it’s a consultation designed to benefit you immediately and plan the next steps together.
I offer online sessions, including evenings and weekends, and the same session rate applies as standard counselling sessions. You can also arrange a complimentary telephone call beforehand if you’d like to discuss your needs first.
Many clients tell me they felt supported and understood from the very first session, and that it gave them confidence to take the next steps.
