About me and my therapy practice

I am here to help you navigate life's difficulties with compassion and expertise. I specialise in providing professional counselling service for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence/body image issues, bereavement and loss, relationships (Personal/Workplace), loneliness and any other mental health challenges you may be experiencing. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate the complexities of modern dating and relationship dynamics.

The style of counselling I work with is called integrative. This involves using a range of counselling techniques, which are tailored to suit the need of each client, as I see each person as being unique I tailor the work I do to each person and their need. I also work in a person centred way where the client is always at the heart of the therapy and go at their pace, working collaboratively together. I have worked with clients from all backgrounds in a non judgmental way, with many presenting issues. Therapy can be long or short the client dictates the amount of sessions they feel they need. My role of counsellor is to support and guide clients through these sessions. It is really important to have an introductory call to see if I am a right fit for you, meaning to see if we get along and can go forward together. If you feel you need to talk to someone please reach out.
