Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and offer sessions in both the mornings and afternoons on weekdays, face to face and online. I aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate individual schedules and needs.
I recently moved from Oxford to Princes Risborough and am very excited to be offering my practice in this new area. I provide a calm and supportive space for clients, whether working in person or online.
The best way to contact me is via email or text message, as I may be in session and unable to answer calls during the day. I will always do my best to respond promptly.
At this time, I am not planning any time off and am fully available to support new and existing clients. If my availability changes, I will keep this section up to date.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My integrative approach combines humanistic, psychodynamic, and transactional analysis techniques, tailored to your unique needs. Together, we focus on understanding your experiences and developing strategies to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and life transitions. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish, online or in person, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Practice description
My practice is dedicated to supporting adults and young people (14+) through a wide range of life challenges. With a background in psychology and counselling training completed in Oxford, I have experience working with issues such as addiction, bereavement, anxiety, and personality disorders.
I also offer support to individuals adjusting to life in a new country. As someone who understands the emotional impact of relocating, I work with many expatriates navigating cultural change, isolation, identity shifts, and the pressure of building a new life abroad.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in respect and empathy. I work integratively and tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. I adhere to the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´) and engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
I currently have availability during weekday mornings and afternoons. Please feel free to contact me by email or text to arrange an initial conversation.
My first session
Before our first session, you are welcome to contact me via email or book online through my calendar. If you prefer, I can offer a brief phone call to answer any questions before booking.
In the first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and whether you feel I am the right fit for you. This session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at my standard rate.
There is no commitment beyond this session – you are free to take time to decide whether to continue. If we choose to work together, I will offer you a regular weekly time where possible, or we can arrange a flexible pattern based on your needs.
