All session's are done online, so relax in your own space, with flexible hours in the evening's and weekends. Sessions last up to 1 hour and are affordable. My current hours are flexible over 7 days. Enquire for availability. 

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified CBT therapist with an ongoing background in nursing. Which allows me to have a greater understanding of how to treat clients with respect, dignity and confidentiality. CBT is structured around your own goals. Each session will have an agenda, which is tailored to your individual needs. The sessions will be guided by myself, but kept on track by your goals, and anything you want to work on that day, making sure you get the most out of your sessions. Therapy will work by firstly working on thoughts, then changing behaviours before we end with relapse prevention.

Practice description

I offer one to one sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Sessions are done online via "googlemeet", I will send a link to the session on the day. Each session is structured, tool based and goal orientated, which will center around working through your main concerns and getting you on your way to reaching your goals. CBT tools will be provided in and after sessions, so even after therapy has ended, you are able to help yourself in future. Out of session work will also be provided so to keep the work we do in session going. All payments are to be made before each session via bank transfer. 

My first session

The first session is all about you and getting to know each other, finding out the main issues, and together working out some realistic goals to work towards during our sessions together. I can also explain what CBT is and how it can help towards your goals.
