Working with two
I do specialised work with different relationship dynamics, between parents and their adult children, sibling relationships and working partnerships. These relationships can have a significant impact on our lives and the work done within these can often be as life changing as within romantic relationships.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of theoretical perspectives to tailor the sessions to work for the individual or couple in front of me.
With clinical experience in supporting clients through a range of difficulties including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, bereavement, disability, affairs and betrayals, isolation, addiction, religious trauma, stress, work-related issues and suicidal thoughts.
Creating a strong therapeutic relationship is the core foundation of the work that I do and treat it with the utmost importance. All clients are met with unconditional positive regard, compassion and empathy.
I am guided by the Âé¶¹Ô´´ ethical framework to create a confidential and ethical space for clients to feel confident in being open and honest in therapy.
Individual sessions are £60 per session
Couples sessions are £80 per session
