About me and my therapy practice

I am a relational, integrative psychotherapist. I work with children and young people, and adults of all ages at agencies in Suffolk. I also work privately with adults online.

I specialise in supporting clients through times of overwhelm and crisis - be it burnout, stress and anxiety, job loss, relationship breakdown, physical or mental ill health (including menopause), bereavement and loss, and other challenges that arise in our lives and cause intense disruption. I work alongside my clients to support them in growing self-awareness, strengthening identity, determining what matters and rebuilding their lives.

Practice description

I have availability currently for adult clients to work online with me.

My first session
