About me and my therapy practice

Hello. I am Marina - a qualified therapist working in London and online.

We all face challenging times, and having the right support can make a real difference. I bring warmth and compassion to my work, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where together we can explore what you’re going through.

Whether you are experiencing relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, coping with loss or other difficulties, we will focus on what feels most important to you right now and work at your pace. As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, you may find new ways to navigate the parts of life that feel most difficult. Over time, this process can help bring more ease, clarity, and fulfilment into your life.

Practice description

I work in a gentle, sensitive and trauma-informed way. My approach to therapy is integrative, which means that, depending on your needs and preferences, I will incorporate different therapeutic modalities in our work.

My own journey through therapy was truly transformative, and it continues to shape the way I hold space for my clients.

Having spent the early part of my career in professional services, I understand how a high-pressure, fast-paced environment can impact both mental and physical health. In addition to our conversations during sessions, I will offer you to explore the connection between your mind, body, and inner world. Drawing on my background in yoga, I may sometimes invite you to check in with what’s happening in your body during our sessions—offering a doorway to better understand your emotions and what they might be telling you.

Having made a home in three different countries, I also bring a personal awareness of what it means to navigate differences and seek a sense of belonging. I value working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, genders and sexualities.

I am a qualified therapist with a Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling from Re-Vision Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy in London. I follow the Â鶹ԭ´´ Ethical Framework, which helps ensure a safe and ethical therapeutic relationship.

I see clients in therapy rooms near London Bridge and online.

We can work together on a long-term, open-ended basis or for a shorter term. We can discuss what works best for you and reassess as we go along.

I work with adults aged 18 or over.

My first session

Starting therapy and sharing personal experiences with someone you don't know can feel like a big step, so it is important to find someone with whom you feel a connection. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.

During this call, we can talk about how the process works, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and I can answer any questions you might have about how I work. It's a chance to see whether we are a good fit and whether you feel comfortable moving forward.

If we decide to work together, we’ll arrange the first session. During that session, I may ask you a few questions about your relationships and family, and you’ll have space to share more about what’s bringing you to therapy at this time.

In ongoing sessions, you’re welcome to bring whatever feels most important to you at the time. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship and find a way of working that feels right for you.

Sessions are held weekly, on the same day and at the same time each week, to provide consistency and a sense of stability.

Please contact me for availability.
