About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling exhausted, stuck, or simply ready for life to feel different? Maybe you're finding yourself caught in the same patterns, questioning yourself, or wondering what you really need. If that resonates, this may be a space where we can explore those questions together.
Practice description
Life can feel overwhelming at times, even when you’re doing your best to keep things together. You might be struggling with relationships, feeling stuck, questioning your direction, or carrying things from the past that still affect you now.
If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
You might be coming to therapy if:
- You feel pulled in different directions, trying to balance expectations from family, culture, or your own values, and aren’t sure what feels right for you anymore
- You’re questioning parts of your life or beliefs, and want space to explore this openly without fear of judgement
- You feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, even though you’re trying your best to keep going
- You notice patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling misunderstood, hurt, or not fully yourself
- You’re carrying something from the past that still affects how you feel, think, or relate to others today
Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand it at your pace.
My first session
I offer a free, no-pressure initial consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and see whether working together feels right.
If we decide to move forward, our first session is an opportunity to begin exploring your concerns in more depth and consider how therapy can best support you.

About me and my therapy practice
You may have spent a long time adapting, coping, and putting parts of yourself aside. Therapy can offer a space to come back to yourself, connect with the parts of you that have been overlooked, and feel more at home within yourself.
I offer an LGBTQ+ affirmative, neurodivergent-affirming and inclusive approach to therapy. I work in a client-led, collaborative way, recognising that no two people experience life in the same way. Together, we can understand how you have learned to navigate the world, and create more space for the person you are becoming.
Practice description
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together? Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or the impact of experiences from your childhood or adulthood that still affect you today.
You may have spent a long time putting other people's needs first, adapting to expectations, or trying to be "enough" for those around you. Perhaps you're noticing patterns in your relationships, feeling disconnected from yourself, or wondering why the past still feels so present.
Whatever has brought you here, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of your experiences.
You might be coming to therapy because you:
- Feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, self-criticism, or the pressure to keep going.
- Struggle with low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or boundaries.
- Notice relationship patterns that leave you feeling anxious, rejected, or disconnected.
- Want to understand how childhood experiences, trauma, difficult relationships, or unmet emotional needs continue to affect you.
- Are navigating family difficulties, religious trauma, identity questions, or feeling misunderstood.
- Are exploring neurodivergence, including ADHD, and want support in understanding yourself.
- Are exploring your sexuality, gender, or identity and would value an affirmative space.
- Are experiencing grief or loss, or life changes.
I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but about understanding yourself more deeply and building a relationship with all parts of your experience.
Many of us develop ways of coping that once helped us survive but later leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. Therapy can be a place to explore those patterns, understand where they came from, and create new ways of connecting with yourself and the world.
I aim to offer a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself without judgement.
My first session
I offer a free, no-pressure initial consultation where we can talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we decide to continue, our first session is an opportunity to begin exploring your experiences at your own pace and consider what support would be most helpful for you.
