About me and my therapy practice

Psychodynamic counselling offers a therapeutic space for individuals to discuss current difficulties or explore past traumas, supporting self-development and emotional change.

I provide a safe environment to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges through a modern psychodynamic approach aimed at improving mental well-being and interpersonal understanding.

Practice description

Each session is 50 minutes long, payment may be given before the session or is expected within one week after the session.

I can offer open ended sessions or time limited sessions.

Frequency of sessions offered is weekly or fortnightly.

My first session

Before a first session I offer a 15 minute phone call.

I request a short registering form to be completed before or during the first session.
