Practice description
I aim to help you find clarity in your situation and empower you to make meaningful, positive changes in your life.
Speaking with a counsellor who offers impartial support can help you navigate personal challenges and discover lasting solutions. Instead of providing direct advice, an effective counsellor will guide you towards your own answers, empowering you to manage your emotions and behaviours more constructively. This approach allows you to take greater control of your life.
Drawing from various therapeutic techniques and theories each counselling session is tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals, ensuring a bespoke approach that suits you.
I work face to face which offers you the opportunity to talk in a private, confidential and comfortable space separate from your private life.
I also work online via zoom, WhatsApp and telephone which offers flexibility and comfort, allowing you to engage in therapy from wherever you feel most at ease. Benefits of online sessions are that I can offer you support regardless of your location, You may have limited time in your day for travel, If you travel regularly for work we can still maintain continuity which is so important, It can also be helpful if you suffer from claustrophobia, social anxiety, or other conditions or disabilities that make it difficult for you to leave your home. All you need is a computer, phone or tablet with an Internet connection and a camera.
