About me and my therapy practice

I’m a counsellor trained in Transactional Analysis, and I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s challenges.

Anxiety, overwhelm, stress at work or home, the weight of motherhood, whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Ive been working since 2022, I’ve primarily in the voluntary sector supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. These experiences have taught me how deeply people need a space where they can simply be, without judgement, without pressure.

My aim is to offer that space. A place where you can untangle what feels heavy, reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost, and begin to move towards something lighter and more grounded.

My approach is empathetic and down-to-earth. I use Transactional Analysis to help you make sense of your patterns; in thoughts, feelings, and relationships. So you can begin to understand yourself in a new way. Together, we’ll work towards clarity, connection, and the possibility of a more fulfilling, joyful life.

My first session

Every first session is an intake which I ask you the same questions I ask everyone. This is a mix of admin and more personal ones where you can have a change to tell me a bit of your story and we can get a feel for each other.

About me and my therapy practice

Since 2022, I’ve worked primarily in the voluntary sector, supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. This work has shaped how I practice, with sensitivity to trauma, nervous system overwhelm, and the long-term impact of growing up without feeling fully seen or safe.

At the heart of my work is creating a space where you can slow down and be met without judgement or expectation. A place to untangle what feels heavy, understand the patterns that keep repeating, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.

My approach is relational, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. Using Transactional Analysis, we explore how your early experiences shape the way you think, feel, and relate, to yourself and to others. Whether you’re coming alone or as a couple, our work is about building awareness, strengthening emotional safety, and supporting meaningful change.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you make sense of your story, so you can move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

Practice description

I normally see clients weekly. However I occasionally every fortnight or in a more irregular style. 

My first session

The first session is an intake session where I will ask you the same questions I ask everyone this helps to give me a more rounded version of you and helps us figure out together what you would like to gain from therapy. 

I take notes in this session but i wont take notes in any other sessions.
