Availability
I’m currently accepting new clients, with availability during the day as well as some evening and weekend sessions. I offer both short- and long-term therapy online, as well as in-person sessions in West London.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, feel free to reach out. We can arrange a free initial chat to talk things through and see if working together feels like a good fit.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Â鶹Դ´-accredited therapist with experience working with clients dealing with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, substance misuse, relationship difficulties, and experiences of sexual, physical, and mental abuse. I offer a confidential, supportive space where we can openly explore the issues you're facing and identify the changes you’d like to make. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
I acknoweldge everyone experiences and responds to challenges in their own way. That’s why our work together will be collaborative, focused on discovering approaches that resonate most with you to support your goals. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to you. As therapy progresses, we’ll regularly check in on how things are going to ensure we’re moving toward the outcomes that matter most to you.
Practice description
I draw on a range of therapeutic ideas, including psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives, to support deeper self-understanding and lasting change. Together, we might explore how your past connects with the present, and how insight can help shift things in a meaningful way.
Life can feel overwhelming or uncertain at times, and it’s not always easy to make sense of what we’re thinking or feeling, even with support around us. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore your experiences together. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, facing relationship challenges, or simply unsure of your next steps, we can work at your pace to find a way forward.
My first session
Reaching out is the first step. I offer a free 30-minute online consultation to begin the process, which gives you the space to share a bit about what you're currently experiencing, what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you might have about how I work.
If you feel that I am the right therapist for you, we will schedule in our first session. During the initial session, we’ll explore your current challenges, aims and concerns for counselling, how we might work together best and begin shaping a personalised approach to support your goals.
Please contact me for details on availability and fees.
I also offer low-cost counselling for those who may need financial support. Feel free to enquire if this applies to you.
