Availability
I have availability currently for virtual clients: teens, adults, parents/parent coaching. My availability is flexible Monday-Thursday. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
About me and my therapy practice
Trained in the United States, I currently live and work in the UK while pursuing my PhD at Cambridge University, researching the role/impact of play in early child development.
I believe emotions are an inevitable part of life- for all ages- and they are so valuable! How we regulate, cope, and grow through these experiences is dictated by our past experiences in relationship with others, so I want to help you better understand yourself and your life experiences to equip you with the knowledge and emotional awareness to live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I specialise in Child Centered Play Therapy, but love working with all ages- children and adults. I utilise evidence based practices including Client Centered Psychotherapy and Parent Coaching with adults and Client Centered Play Therapy for young children. I specialise in identity work/self-exploration, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, life changes, LGBTQIA, and more.
It would be my privilege to partner with you to empower and support you as you grow into the fullest version of who you are meant to be- as an individual, or as a parent.
To book an appointment, reach out to me via email or text message.
