I specialise in supporting people who are living with chronic illness or health issues, new diagnosis, medical anxiety and trauma. My background is over 20 years working in the charity sector alongside adults and carers navigating conditions such as cystic fibrosis. No matter where you are at in your journey I offer a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgment
Alongside my private practice I work with various UK charities supporting people affected by sexual abuse, trauma and sight loss.
My first session
I offer online, telephone and in person at £60 per session.
All sessions are pay as you go and held weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. I offer a free 15 minute no pressure introduction call.
