If you’re going through a difficult or challenging time I offer a safe space to be heard and supported. I specialise in chronic illness, but also offer counselling for bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship or family issues.

My background is over 20 years working within the charity sector advocating for adults and families affected by chronic illness. I have offered counselling support in a range of settings including for a well-known national mental health charity, worked with higher education students and at a GP medical group counselling service in York.

You can book a free introduction call to get a sense of how we might work together and ask me any questions.
- Online counselling is £50.
- Online concessionary rate is £45.
Sessions are pay as you go and payment is required ahead of each session, payable via bank transfer or Paypal.
