For Individual therapy, we work for the therapeutic hour of 50 minutes.

For Couples Therapy, we work for 60 minutes, charged at £95.

About me and my therapy practice

I am trained as a Gestalt therapist, and a mindfulness facilitator which I incorporate into our therapy sessions, where supportive.

I love Gestalt, because of its creative playfulness. Interwoven with the solid foundation of compassionate listening, we may use imagery, sound, and short guided mindful meditation to help you find more awareness about what is going on for you, and the reasons you are coming for counselling.

What we experience is felt equally in our body, so finding gentle ways to notice this, can also create a safe space to access awareness around your own unique patterns of living.

Practice description


Whether your relationships are being affected, or you want better understanding of yourself, we work with a solid foundation of compassionate listening. 

In your first session, we'll look at what brought you to therapy, and agree how long we will work together. We may use creative materials, as well as talking, to help you find ways of exploring your struggle, and reduce stress and anxiety.

To share your journey with another is the heart of talking therapy. To be supported, seen, and heard with compassion and acceptance while you breathe into the possibilities creates the unique client-therapist bond.

I may at times gently challenge you, but I will always, to the best of my ability, be beside you as you rediscover your joyful sense of being perfectly imperfect, and complete.

I offer an introductory phone call to discuss any queries you may have. Following this we work weekly, face to face, or online.

Sessions last 50 minutes.

First Session

I offer a first session with no commitment to continue - this gives you an opportunity to bring an overview of what brings you to therapy, and for us to get a feel of how we will work together.

Following this we agree how many sessions we want to meet, in the first instance.

Sessions run for 50 minutes, weekly.
Couples sessions run for 60 minutes, weekly.
