About me
I offer a warm, supportive and confidential online space where you can talk openly about what’s troubling you. My approach is person-centred, which means the focus is always on you and what you bring to therapy. I believe that with the right conditions of empathy, acceptance and honesty, everyone has the potential to grow, heal and make positive changes.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming — whether due to anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or painful past experiences. Together we will explore what’s happening for you, at your own pace, without judgement. Therapy is your space to feel heard, understood, and supported.

How I work
I work online only, offering sessions in the evenings and at weekends so therapy can fit around busy schedules.
