I get it. I work at the intersection of East and West, which is a fancy way of saying I understand what it's like when your therapist's textbook doesn't mention your family WhatsApp group dynamics.

How I work:
I blend CBT with other approaches because you're not a one-size-fits-all human. Think: practical tools that actually work + understanding the deeper stuff + cultural sensitivity that doesn't need explaining.
Fluent in Urdu. Familiar with intergenerational guilt, izzat politics, and why "log kya kahenge" still lives rent-free in your head.

I offer therapy from an office or online or welcoming home office designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a sense of ease. Clients can choose to attend sessions in person at my premises, connect via secure Zoom video calls, or opt for walk-and-talk therapy in natural surroundings — ideal for those who find movement and fresh air supportive to the therapeutic process.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with relational and culturally sensitive methods. I work with adults and couples, offering support for a range of emotional and psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, immigration-related trauma, relationship issues, and identity struggles.
Sessions are tailored to your preferences and needs, with flexibility in format and pace. Whether you're seeking a quiet space to reflect, a dynamic outdoor session, or the convenience of online therapy, I aim to make the process accessible and empowering.
