About me and my therapy practice

The heart of my work is creating a warm and supportive space where you can feel safe, respected as a unique individual, and valued for your own life experiences and emotions.

As a relational person-centered therapist, I focus on building a trusting and compassionate connection, so we can gently explore and understand the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself.

My qualification as a therapist is an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling, from the University of Leeds.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am bound by the Âé¶¹Ô­´´â€™s ethical framework for good practice. I am fully insured, undertake regular supervision, and ensure I maintain professional standards with regular CPD.

Practice description

I provide a free 20 minute introductory phone call, which clients often find valuable. This call allows you to explore whether we are the right fit to work together, while I can share more about my approach, and more importantly, I can hear from you and understand whether we may be a fit.

There’s no obligation, and you’re welcome to take your time deciding if you would like to arrange further sessions

I have been trained as a Person-Centred therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals cultivate self-compassion, authenticity, and a deeper connection to themselves and others. I work collaboratively with individuals to explore and develop insights that lead to greater self-awareness and personal fulfilment
