As a relational person-centered therapist, I focus on building a trusting and compassionate connection, so we can gently explore and understand the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself.
My qualification as a therapist is an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling, from the University of Leeds.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am bound by the Âé¶¹Ô´´â€™s ethical framework for good practice. I am fully insured, undertake regular supervision, and ensure I maintain professional standards with regular CPD.

I provide a free 20 minute introductory phone call, which clients often find valuable. This call allows you to explore whether we are the right fit to work together, while I can share more about my approach, and more importantly, I can hear from you and understand whether we may be a fit.
