About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´ registered therapist and counsellor and offer a free 20-minute consultation prior to booking. This allows us to connect, discuss what you are seeking support with, and decide whether working together feels right. Please get in touch to arrange a time to talk.
I am an Integrative therapist meaning I draw on different approaches such as psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy to suit different client needs. Alongside this, I have a strong interest in and am passionate about meditation and mindfulness as complementary practices that can enhance self-awareness and support the therapeutic process.
Good talking therapy rests on the quality of the relationship you have with your therapist. Research shows that regardless of the type of therapy a person receives, the relationship between client and therapist is a key factor in meaningful change. With this in mind, I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns and behaviours. The work is always collaborative and I will support you in making sense of your experiences, gaining insight and finding your own answers.
