Availability
I offer both face‑to‑face and online sessions, with flexible weekday, evening and weekend availability so you can find a time that genuinely works for your life. Whether you’re thinking about starting therapy or returning after a break, you’re very welcome to reach out whenever you feel ready.
About me and my therapy practice
I work from a Humanistic and Integrative relational approach, which means the relationship we build together is central to the work. Therapy with me is a gentle, collaborative process where we explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My aim is to offer a space where you can show up just as you are with whatever thoughts, feelings or questions you’re carrying and feel genuinely met.
I draw on different therapeutic ideas, but I always hold the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My style is warm, steady and attuned and I try to offer a presence that helps you feel safe enough to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
I work in line with the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework, which guides my commitment to your wellbeing, autonomy and safety. This includes maintaining confidentiality, supporting your choices and making sure you always have a sense of agency in the process. Ethical practice isn’t just a requirement for me, it’s part of how I hold the relationship. I reflect on my work regularly and have ongoing supervision to keep the therapy grounded and effective.
Inclusivity is important to me. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities and life experiences. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are, where your identity is respected and where your experiences are taken seriously. I’m mindful of how culture, relationships, environment and wider systems shape our emotional lives and I hold these in mind as we explore your story.
Ultimately, I hope to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, steady and meaningful. A place where you can understand yourself more deeply. If you choose to work with me, we’ll navigate that journey together with care and curiosity.
Practice description
I offer in-person sessions from Elephant Rooms in Draycott, a calm, welcoming space rooted in community and wellbeing. The setting is designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and at ease, with free parking and accessible facilities to support a smooth arrival. Whether you're coming for the first time or returning after a break, it's a space where you can exhale and be met with care.
I also offer online sessions, giving you the flexibility to access therapy from wherever feels most comfortable, whether that’s your home, a quiet corner of your day, or somewhere that fits around work or caregiving. I aim to make therapy as adaptable and supportive as possible, so you can focus on what matters most to you.
My first session
The first session is used to do an assessment, a chance for us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what support might be most helpful and whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
It’s a space to ask questions, share what feels important and begin shaping an approach that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this session and you’re welcome to take time afterwards to reflect on whether you’d like to continue.
