About me and my therapy practice
I hold a deep faith in the power of therapy. My own journey as a client has shown me how transformative self-exploration and self-awareness can be, and I truly believe therapy changes lives. As a therapist, I want to facilitate this space for others. I believe we could always find ways to live more authentically and more content.
In my work, I aim to offer the perfect space to help you better understand your feelings and emotions.
My approach is collaborative: I aim to 'walk' alongside you; helping you discover and make sense of your experiences, life and perhaps even what you want and need. Together, we will explore what matters most to you — in a way that feels right for YOU.
Practice description
I’ve always been fascinated by how we, as human beings, think, feel, and find our way through life.
What has always struck me is the limitless world that exists within each human being. Everyone’s journey is unique, and no matter our background, we all face challenges that shape how we see ourselves, how we behave and how we relate to others and to the world. This curiosity has fuelled my passion for counselling and the process that can unfold by having the space to explore our inner world.
I draw on my personal experiences with trauma and life challenges to connect with clients in a genuine way — using those experiences as bridges to deepen understanding and strengthen our work together. I have supported people facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, stigma, low self-esteem, addiction, neurodiversity and more.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute first meeting, giving us a chance to meet, get a sense of each other, and briefly explore what has brought you to therapy.
