About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor offering online therapy across the UK. I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace.
I believe that each person holds the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help you feel truly heard, accepted, and supported as you work towards self-understanding, resilience, and clarity.
I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian communities, and I offer sessions in English and Tamil. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, focusing on helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build emotional well-being.
Practice description
I provide online Person-Centred counselling for adults across the UK in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. My practice supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, and cultural identity issues, including those from South Asian communities.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held online via a secure platform for flexibility and accessibility. I aim to help clients feel truly heard, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Fees:
• Standard session: £80
• Student rate: £70
• Free 30 minute consultation available to explore whether we’re a good fit.

My first session
Your first session is a gentle introduction to therapy, giving us a chance to meet online, explore what has brought you here, and see if we feel like a good fit. It’s a safe, relaxed space where you can share at your own pace and ask any questions about the therapy process, confidentiality, or what to expect in future sessions.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but this first session is designed to be supportive, informative, and empowering; a positive first step towards reflection, growth, and emotional well-being.
