About me and my therapy practice
I grew up in Poland where I graduated with a Master’s degree in Arts. After moving to Scotland, I retrained as a counsellor, bringing a wide cultural perspective and creative insight to my clinical work.
I am a Â鶹Դ´ registered Counsellor and a Certified ADI-R Clinical Assessor, specialising in neurodevelopmental diagnostics and trauma-informed therapy (EMDR). My practice is rooted in a person-centred approach, where I partner with clients to define their experiences and achieve transformation through insight and healing.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I provide specialist ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) assessments — the 'Gold Standard' in autism diagnostics. My unique background allows me to combine rigorous analytical reporting with a deep, personal understanding of neurodiversity, loss, and trauma.
I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex emotional needs. My services are currently available online and via telephone for adult individuals.
If you are seeking a neuro-inclusive therapist or require a specialist developmental assessment, please reach out to schedule an initial consultation. Together, we can explore the best path for your growth and wellbeing.
Practice description
Being a Person-Centred counsellor, I focus on your unique experiences and provide a non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space. I am here to support you in exploring your inner resources to find resolutions tailored specifically for you.
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed by work and personal choices, counselling can help. Specialising in neurodiversity and trauma (EMDR), I support clients who may be struggling with a recent diagnosis, or those who feel 'different' and are seeking clarity and self-acceptance. Together, we can look into the causes of your issues and explore the changes you wish to make.
As a Certified ADI-R Clinical Assessor, I also offer specialist neurodevelopmental history assessments. Whether you are seeking long-term therapy or a formal diagnostic interview, I am committed to supporting your personal growth.
I offer flexible online sessions via video conferencing and phone calls in both English and Polish, making therapy accessible from anywhere in the UK.
My first session
When contacting me, please let me know your preferred call-back time and provide your email address so I can send you the therapeutic contract and more details regarding my work.
The first session is an opportunity for us to connect. As starting therapy or a diagnostic process might feel daunting, I create a safe and supportive space to explore your concerns. This initial consultation (20-30 minutes) is where we discuss your aims, answer questions, and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
