I work exclusively online via Zoom or by telephone.
I can offer sessions after 6pm on weekday evenings, as well as on Fridays (daytime and evening). If you require a different time, I can usually offer some flexibility.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost 拢35.
About me and my therapy practice
My ethos is talk. heal. thrive.
For me, this reflects that counselling is not about 鈥渇ixing鈥, but about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever you are facing. It鈥檚 a space to talk openly, to begin healing at your own pace, and to find ways to thrive in your life.
I am a Level 5 qualified counsellor, trained in Gestalt and CBT, and I work with adults across the UK. My style is warm, relaxed and collaborative, I believe counselling should feel supportive and human, not clinical or intimidating.
Before counselling, I worked as a coach and trainer in a mental health charity, which means I bring both empathy and practical tools into my sessions.

Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held online via Zoom or by telephone, so you can access support from the comfort of your own home.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are collaborative and move at your pace. We鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 going on for you, help you build awareness and coping strategies, and create space for growth and change. If you鈥檙e feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, we can work through it together. You don鈥檛 need to arrive with all the answers, just a willingness to explore.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what you鈥檙e looking for, and see if we鈥檙e the right fit to work together.
Your first full session is very much about getting to know each other. We鈥檒l gently explore what brings you to counselling, what you might want to get out of our time together, and how counselling could work best for you. These early sessions can feel daunting, but they are also a hugely brave first step. There鈥檚 no rush, no pressure, and no 鈥渉ard work鈥 to get through right away, just space to talk and begin exploring at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
