About me and my therapy practice

I am a compassionate and approachable counsellor. I have experience of work in palliative care sector and negotiating complex family dynamics including domestic abuse, divorce and reconciliation, lone parenting.

I am trained in integrative counselling and adapt my approach to suit my clients needs.

Practice description

It is crucial to establish strong therapeutic relationship. Confidentiality, empathy and understanding of your uniqueness will help establish this relationship. 

My first session

I offer a free 30 mins telephone session to establish if we are suitable to work together.

I offer sessions in English or Polish.
