About me and my therapy practice
Hello, are you feeling overwhelmed or experiencing low mood? if so, you might know why and want someone to listen and support you. Or you might not know why you are struggling, either way, I create an empathic and confidential space to explore this together.
How can counselling help? Life can provide us with heavy burdens to carry around. And a solid client/counsellor relationship allows you the freedom of talking openly with no judgement, which can help these burdens feel lighter, or even enable you put them down completely.
With you at the centre of our work, I take my time to hear your story and help you navigate your way to a place of acceptance and understanding of your feelings.
I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, relationship issues and grief, among others. I draw on a wide range of skills and the main theories of Integrative Therapy, so we can find a style that suits you.
