About me and my therapy practice
I understand how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help. I offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore what may feel difficult to say — without judgment or expectation, and always at your pace.
You may be living with anxiety, burnout, or grief. Or perhaps life appears fine on the surface, but something deeper feels unsettled — a sense that something is missing, or that the way you’ve been living no longer fits.
I’m an integrative transpersonal therapist, which means I work with the whole of you — mind, body, emotions, and inner life. Together, we can explore what’s happening in the present, and how past experiences and patterns may be shaping it. I work relationally and gently, meeting you where you are.
My approach is informed by depth and humanistic psychology, while remaining grounded and practical. People come to therapy for many reasons — life transitions, early relational wounds, or a wish to understand themselves more fully — and I aim to offer a steady, supportive space for that work.
Clients often come to me when old ways of coping no longer feel sustainable, or when their inner experience feels confusing or overwhelming.
I work primarily online, offering sessions from the comfort of your own space, with limited availability for face-to-face work.
I also offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation so we can see whether working together feels like a good fit.
