About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative counsellor I work with you to find the best way to work together should it be just the space to talk or more goal orientated CBT work or a mixture of all. We can work together to see what helps and what doesn't it is your space.

Practice description

I work from an office on the albertbridge road it is on the second floor and unfortunately is not accessible however if this is an issue I have a number of other places I can work from. I also offer online sessions.

The office is on the glider,blue bus route and 15 minute walk from Lanyon train station.

My first session

I offer the first session for 拢20 this gives you an opportunity to come in and meet me and get a feel for what working together would be like. After that I leave booking further sessions up to you and won't contact you unless you have asked me to.
