Navigating Life’s Challenges

This journey is about understanding you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. It’s an opportunity to gain deeper insights into yourself and discover new ways of navigating life’s complexities.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about your background and what’s brought you to therapy, and we’ll discuss your hopes and expectations. This is also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me-finding the right fit is important, and there’s no obligation to continue after this initial meeting.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are usually scheduled at the same time each week, providing consistency and structure to support your journey.
