I work with clients using a collaborative ams non-judgemental approach, helping clients to explore their thoughts feelings and behaviours to achieve their goals.

My approach is rooted in Person-Centred therapy where empathy and understanding is at the forefront.

I believe im empowering clients to take control of their lives and make meaningful changes.

I help clients to identify patterns and challenges, develop coping strategies and work towards a positive change.

My practice is warm and friendly and I help my client's to feel as comfortable as possible for a positive therapeutic relationship to take place.
