About me and my therapy practice
At the heart of my work is one guiding belief: good mental health hinges on self-love. And self-love isn’t a feeling or a vague idea, it’s action. It shows up in self-care: in the choices you make, the way you speak to yourself in your head, how you treat your body, who you let in, and how you hold your boundaries.
Together, we’ll explore your relationship with yourself, and how that relationship is reflected in your connections with others, your passions, your creativity, your work, and your sense of purpose. We’ll tune into your intuition and begin building a reliable internal compass, something reliable to help you navigate your life path.
I have extensive experience offering therapy and counselling for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, self-harm, and suicidal feelings. I also have a particular interest in the artistic temperament, blended family dynamics, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Practice description
I ask for a commitment to weekly sessions, whether short-term or open-ended.
I work in person and online with adults and adolescents, once or twice weekly for 50 minutes per session.
My first session
In the first session we will get to know each other and see if we feel we can work together.
We can identify your emotional goals and start to work towards them.
