About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully trained Integrative Psychotherapist with clinical experience working with adults across a variety of mental health settings, including NHS secondary mental health care and private services.
I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental environment to allow an open, honest space for clients to bring what is important to them and to help people work through the difficulties that are impacting them.
I believe it is important to view each client as unique and acknowledge that difficulties impact people in different ways. This is why I work in an integrative way, utilising a core of approaches that can be tailored to appropriately meet the needs of each client.
These approaches include person centred, cognitive behavioural, humanistic, psychodynamic and transactional analysis.
