About me and my therapy practice

Do you sometimes feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck — like life has become harder than it needs to be? You might find yourself feeling exhausted, weighed down by self-criticism, or disconnected from the things that matter most.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on inside. Our sessions are led by what feels important to you. We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together — at a pace that feels right — creating the possibility for greater clarity, self-understanding, and a kinder way of relating to yourself.

Therapy can also be a space for personal growth: to discover more about who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live more fully.

I also work in a neurodiversity-affirming way with ADHD and autism, aiming to provide a space where all ways of thinking and being are welcomed.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are £65 online or £80 in person. I also offer a free 15-minute video call so you can ask questions and get a feel for how it might be to work together.

Practice description

Online counselling across the UK for anxiety, depression, low mood and stress. A supportive space to reflect, be heard, and explore at your own pace.

My first session

If you decide to go ahead, after the free initial consultation, our first full session will be 50 minutes. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little and talk about what has brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some gentle questions about your background, current circumstances and what you hope to gain from therapy.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once — we’ll go at your pace, and you can choose what feels comfortable to talk about. We’ll also talk through how we might work together, including session times, practicalities and confidentiality.

By the end of the first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what therapy with me might be like, and we can decide together whether it feels right to continue.

What I can help with

Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress

Types of therapy

CBT, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic

Practice description

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly, and can be online or in person in (N17). I offer flexible daytime and some evening appointments to fit around your schedule.

My approach is collaborative and responsive. I won’t give quick fixes or advice — instead, I’ll listen closely, reflect gently, and help you notice patterns in how you think and feel. Over time, this can bring clarity, self-understanding and space to make choices that feel more like your own.

You don’t need to arrive with everything worked out. Some weeks you might bring something specific to explore, and other times the session might simply be a space to pause and notice what comes up.

Sessions:

£80 in-person / £65 online

Concessions may be available for students or those on a low income — please contact me to discuss rates and payment options.

In-person sessions are held at Mediwell Clinic, 1C Lansdowne Rd, Tottenham , N17 0LL.
