About me and my therapy practice
As a therapist, I’m passionate about supporting healing and self-discovery with compassion, empathy, and belief in transformation. With lived experience of childhood trauma and addiction, I offer both professional expertise and personal understanding.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and valued. Whether facing trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I’ll meet you with warmth and respect for your unique experience.
My approach empowers growth by exploring tools, strengths, and insights to build resilience and create a fulfilling life. If you're ready for positive change, I’d be honoured to support your journey.
Practice description
I deeply understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel and how transformative the journey toward healing can be.
In my practice, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I am here to support you as we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back. However complex or overwhelming it may feel, I will meet you with compassion, understanding, and respect for your unique story.
My approach is grounded in empowerment and transformation. I believe that you have the strength within you to create meaningful change, and my role is to help you uncover that strength. Together, we’ll work at your pace, using personalised techniques to heal from the past, build resilience, and develop strategies that support your well-being.
You can expect a collaborative and supportive partnership. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s finding clarity, setting goals, or simply feeling less alone in your struggles. My ultimate aim is to help you move toward a life where you feel empowered, confident, and able to thrive.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is gentle and at your pace. It’s a chance for us to meet, get a feel for each other, and talk about what’s brought you here.
We’ll go through a few simple practical details and I may ask some questions to understand you and your situation better, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to.
You’re welcome to ask questions too, and together we can see whether it feels like the right fit and how we might work going forward.
