About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in helping people navigate the full spectrum of grief and loss.
Grief and loss touches every part of life. Whether you're facing the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, a career transition or the loss of who you thought you'd be. These experiences can leave you feeling lost, anxious or overwhelmed.
I consult privately in my Therapy Room in South West London, and at The Royal Trinity Hospice in London, where I support people facing some of life's most difficult moments, and am proud to incorporate a deep and compassionate approach to my work.
I bring an understanding to my work that loss in all its varied forms can change everything. Grief doesn't follow a timeline or a rule book, it is as unique as you are.
Therapy offers a safe space to speak the unspeakable, to feel without judgement, and to find meaning when everything feels uncertain.
Loss changes us. Therapy helps you find your footing again.

Practice description
My private practice is in Battersea, South West London, I work in-person, on-line and by telephone. I offer new clients an initial telephone consultation to discuss what your goals for therapy are, why you are making contact and how we might work together.
There is no set length of time that therapy should take, this will depend on your level of need and the goals you wish to achieve. I offer a flexible treatment plan and ensure that I monitor my client progress regularly, however, your therapy is always tailored specifically for you.
Our work together will give you the chance to have someone, perhaps for the first time, listen to you and provide you with the space to actively explore your life and to work on changes that can positively impact you moving forwards.
I understand that choosing to engage in therapy, or to re-engage with a new therapist can be challenging, however, the positive benefits of therapy can outweigh these challenges.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation of 30 minutes allowing us to discuss what you are looking for, to give you a chance to find out how I work, and for me to complete a brief assessment. There is no charge for this.
