Online Therapy

I currently offer online therapy for adults across the United Kingdom.

I also provide a free 15-minute introductory telephone call to help you decide whether therapy with me feels right  for both of us.

Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. Many clients find that online sessions provide the same depth of connection and emotional support as meeting face-to-face.

About me and my therapy practice

Online Therapy across UK

I offer online therapy for adults across the UK.

Therapy can be especially helpful when you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or uncertain about your direction. At times like these, having a steady and compassionate space to pause and reflect can make a real difference. I aim to offer a warm, thoughtful environment where you can begin to reconnect with yourself and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

My work is guided by a strong belief in the importance of empathy and human connection. I see therapy as a relational process — one that allows understanding, self-compassion and change to emerge through being genuinely heard and met. Many people come to therapy longing for this kind of attentive presence, particularly when it has felt absent elsewhere in their lives.

My name is Georgia, and I am a psychotherapist working online across the UK. I trained in Integrative Transactional Analysis at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy, completing a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7). I am drawn to the relational nature of TA and its understanding that growth and healing take place within attuned, compassionate relationships.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over ten years as a social worker in the UK, supporting people through periods of vulnerability, uncertainty and transition. Those years shaped the way I listen, stay present with difficulty, and respect the courage it takes to open up.

In our sessions, I offer a calm and respectful space where you feel understood and gently encouraged to explore your inner world. We move at your pace, pay attention to what feels important to you, and make room for the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet in the busyness of everyday life.

Practice description

My work is relational and grounded in Integrative Transactional Analysis. We explore your thoughts, feelings and emotional patterns together, looking at how they have taken shape over time. I offer a genuine, compassionate presence so you can meet yourself with more clarity and kindness.

I aim to create a safe and accepting environment where you can begin to release self-criticism, guilt, or shame and develop greater self-awareness and compassion. Even if you’re unsure where to start, we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences, understand the patterns that may hold you back, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My experience across cultures has given me a deep understanding of the richness and challenges of adapting to new environments and the ongoing journey of identity and belonging.

I am working with adults (24+) who are facing different life challenges, including but not restricted to the following:

Low self-esteem/Confidence

ADHD

Stress

Anxiety

Depression

Relationship dynamics

Cultural identity & belonging

Trauma

My first session

In our first session, we’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you might want to achieve or explore. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

We’ll also complete an intake form together, which helps me understand a bit more about you and any relevant background information. This is also the time where we’ll discuss the therapy contract—the practical and ethical agreement that covers things like confidentiality, session times, fees, and how we’ll work together.

The first session is as much for you as it is for me: it’s a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right space for you.
