Hi, I am Jo, an integrative therapist. I offer a warm, empathetic, and person-centred approach.

We all sometimes experience challenges when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Having a safe and supportive space to talk things through can be invaluable. I aim to provide that space where you feel heard, held, and supported as you navigate life’s difficulties.

I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs, recognising that everyone’s situation and experience differ.

I work with a wide range of issues, including—but not limited to—ADHD, Autism, depression, grief, relationships and anxiety.

 I hold an integrative certificate in Sand Tray Therapy, a specialisation in working with children and younger people, and a Certificate in couples and relationship therapy.

I am an empathic communicator using a person-centred approach, but sometimes I may draw upon other skills to suit the client's needs, such as CBT, Sand Tray, or other creative mediums.

I work from my therapy room at home and online.

The first session will be completing the assessment and looking what has brought you to refer for therapy.
