I also have availability online on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm, 7pm.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a registered Âé¶¹Ô´´ therapist primarily working with addiction and eating disorders, along with related issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in repeating patterns. I’ve had the privilege of working in private rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals with both substance and behavioural addictions.
My approach is centred on building genuine, supportive relationships where you feel truly seen and understood. I meet you exactly where you are on your journey, with empathy, care, and without judgment. I value your humanness, without a focus on labels; you are more than what you struggle with.
Practice description
I offer both in-person sessions from my comfortable rooms, and online therapy for those who prefer to work remotely. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, consistent, and supportive. I take an integrative approach, combining cognitive, psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, tailoring my support to suit each client’s needs.

My first session
I offer a free 15-30 minute phone assessment. If we feel we can work together I suggest we begin sessions, and we review your process after your second session and whether you want to continue. This gives us both the chance to see how it feels to work together, without any pressure or obligation to continue. In these sessions, you’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, while also getting a sense of my approach. We’ll take time to review things at the end of the second session and decide together whether continuing feels right for you. You’re welcome to take time to reflect before making any decisions.
