Welcome to My Practice!
I’m an integrative counsellor and trauma-informed therapist offering compassionate, tailored support to professionals navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. My practice blends mindfulness, creative interventions, and gentle accountability—always honouring your agency, cultural context, and pace.

I offer a safe, gentle space where you can breathe, pause, and begin to untangle what's been holding you back.
Much of my work centres around emotional regulation and inner-child healing- helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that needs care, compassion, and understanding.
Clients often tell me they feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to navigate life's ups and downs with ease. My role is to walk beside you, as you rediscover your strenghts, your calm, and your capacity to thrive.
Who I Support
I specialise in working with professionals—often high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who feel overwhelmed or disconnected despite outward success. I also warmly welcome LGBTQ clients and those exploring identity, belonging, or relational patterns. You might be navigating transitions, grief, cultural identity, or parts of yourself that feel hard to name. All of you is welcome here.

Sessions are paced gently, with space for reflection, humour, and emotional depth. You’ll be met with warmth, clarity, and a commitment to your growth. I offer short- and long-term therapy, depending on your needs, and I’m happy to explore what feels most supportive for you.
Therapy Rates & Availability
I offer different rates for online and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility to meet your needs.
My therapy room is located in the beautiful Canary Wharf, providing a peaceful and welcoming space for reflection and growth.
In-person sessions for individuals: £85 for 50 minutes.
Online/telephone sessions for individuals: £75 per 50-minute session.
In-person for Couples: £120 for 50 minutes.
