About me and my therapy practice

My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed — meaning I draw from a range of psychological theories and healing practices to meet you where you are. I bring together elements from psychodynamic therapy, relational models, somatic awareness, attachment theory, mindfulness, and breathwork. I also integrate insights from functional medicine and nutrition when relevant, understanding the body and mind as deeply interconnected.

At the heart of our work is relationship: a therapeutic space rooted in trust, warmth, and deep respect for your pace and lived experience. I work collaboratively and gently. Your nervous system and sense of safety guide the process.

Some sessions may focus on untangling emotional patterns and past wounds; others may centre on grounding techniques, creative exploration, or nervous system regulation. Together, we co-create what the work looks like with compassion, honesty, and curiosity.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, with particular sensitivity to cultural identity, neurodiversity, high sensitivity, grief, and burnout. Sessions are 60 minutes and offered online or in person in Devon and London.

Practice description

My practice is a compassionate, trauma-informed space where your emotional safety and uniqueness are deeply respected. I support adults who are navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, cultural identity struggles, or simply a sense of feeling lost or overwhelmed.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches including relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies. I also bring elements of functional health, breath-work, and nervous system regulation into the work when relevant, allowing for an inclusive experience that connects mind and body into the healing process.

Clients often come to me after trying to "hold it all together" for too long, high-functioning individuals who are empathic and thoughtful, yet inwardly exhausted. My role is to gently help you explore your story, reconnect with your emotional needs, and create space for meaningful healing.

I work with you collaboratively, always at your pace. Whether you're looking for short-term support or longer-term therapeutic depth, I’ll meet you with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Sessions are available in-person in Devon and London, and online for clients across the UK.

My first session

The first session is a gentle, collaborative space for us to explore what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. It’s a chance for you to get a sense of how I work, and for us to see if we feel like a good fit.

During this session, I’ll ask a few guiding questions to understand your current struggles, personal history, and therapeutic needs. We’ll also explore any questions you may have about the process, boundaries, or the integrative approaches I offer.

There’s no pressure to share more than you feel ready for, I work at your pace, and hold emotional safety as a foundation for all sessions.

Intake Sessions last 30 minutes and are charged at the standard rate unless otherwise agreed. I may offer a slightly reduced rate for the initial consultation in some circumstances — feel free to ask.

If you decide to continue, we’ll co-create a flexible plan that aligns with your needs, goals, and readiness. You’re welcome to take time after the session to reflect before deciding to proceed.

About me and my therapy practice

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by emotions you can’t quite name—if anxiety, flashbacks, or past experiences keep resurfacing and sabotaging your sense of peace—you’re not alone. Maybe life feels confusing right now. Maybe your relationships feel strained. Or maybe you’re simply exhausted from trying to make sense of it all on your own.

I know how much thought, courage, and hope goes into choosing a therapist. So I’ll keep this simple: I’m here to offer you a space where you can breathe, gently and freely. Through our work together, we create a space where you can feel safe enough to let go. A space where you are heard—fully, gently, without judgment.

As a therapist, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and care. Sometimes, the healing begins by simply being witnessed in your truth. Other times, we go deeper: gently exploring the roots of what’s holding you back, understanding your emotional patterns, and discovering new ways of being that honour your needs, your story, and your capacity for growth.

My work is rooted in lived experience—my own healing journey was once messy, painful, and filled with uncertainty. But it changed my life. And it’s why I do this work: to walk alongside others as they find their way home to themselves—with grace, humanity, and heart.

If any of this resonates, I welcome you to reach out. The first step can feel daunting, but it might just be the beginning of something deeply healing and transformative.

Practice description

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I provide a warm, safe, compassionate, and confidential space that is humanistic, client-centred, and non-judgemental. Together, we navigate your psychological healing journey, working side by side as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Acknowledging the science of our existence, I support healing on mental, emotional, and physical levels.

Through my own healing journey and professional training, I’ve learned that healing is non-linear and unfolds in waves. For me, embarking on the path of healing was life-changing, and I trust in the transformative power of the process. I am passionate about holding space for individuals as they uncover their unique, empowered potential and step into their light. My core philosophy is that wellbeing is a birthright and that we are all able to access within inner resourcefulness once we choose to give ourselves the right support to heal and be supported in life.

In our sessions, we work together to foster growth and evolution in a way that aligns with your personal sense of empowerment and wellbeing. I do not hold more knowledge than what already exists within you; your inner wisdom is your most powerful healing resource. With humility and reverence, I create a space where you can reconnect with the depth of your inner self, rediscovering the abundance of your mind, heart and body—your true inner home.

My first session

It is an opportunity to assess our work together and certainly provides you with an insight about what can help.
