About me and my therapy practice
Therapy for Men – Anxiety, Depression & Low Self-Esteem
My work is with men—leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs—navigating anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, as well as burnout, relationship challenges, isolation, and a loss of purpose or direction. I also support men in addressing issues such as addiction, anger, and other survival patterns like avoidance, overwork, or withdrawal—behaviours that may once have helped you cope but are now holding you back.
Therapy with me is a structured yet supportive space where you can talk openly, without judgment and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we explore your experiences and develop practical strategies to help you feel clearer, stronger, and more connected—to yourself and others.
I draw on a blend of therapeutic approaches so we can adapt our work as your needs evolve. Sessions are available in person (London Bridge) or online. After our first 50-minute session, we agree on six more before reviewing the process and calibrating therapy to meet your needs going forward.
Practice description
Who I Work With
I work with men at pivotal points in their lives—whether that’s navigating the demands of high-pressure roles, adjusting to major life changes, or rethinking their sense of identity. Some come to address difficulties in emotional connection or intimacy, others to work through the impact of relationship loss, bereavement, career uncertainty, or shifts in life direction. I also support men in managing anger, frustration, and the feeling that life has lost its energy or meaning.
What to Expect
Therapy works best when there’s a steady rhythm to our sessions. We meet weekly, at a regular time, in person at my London Bridge practice or online via Zoom—whichever works best for you.
Our first meeting is a chance to explore what brings you here and see if working together feels right. If we continue, I recommend starting with six sessions before we review the process and decide how best to shape the work going forward—whether that’s continuing longer-term, focusing on specific goals, or drawing our work to a close.
Therapeutic Approaches
I draw on existential, humanistic, psychodynamic, person-centred, and transpersonal approaches, choosing the methods that best fit your needs at each stage. This flexibility means we can work at depth—exploring patterns, past influences, and present challenges—while also focusing on practical steps you can take in daily life.
My first session
Take the First Step
Starting therapy can feel like a big decision. Our first session is simply a conversation—an opportunity for you to share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find a therapist who is.
If you’re ready to address anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or other challenges, I invite you to get in touch and take the first step toward a more balanced and purposeful life.
