About me and my therapy practice

Are you navigating relationship challenges, recovering from manipulation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner? I offer trauma-aware counselling and coaching for individuals and couples seeking clarity, empowerment, and authentic connection.

I work with couples (including heterosexual and same-sex couples) on issues such as emotional intimacy, communication, conflict repair, attachment dynamics, and sexual disconnection. I create a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for couples to understand one another more deeply and explore practical ways forward. I am currently training as a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist and have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in this field.

I also work 1:1 with women recovering from narcissistic abuse, emotionally controlling relationships, and complex trauma. Whether you’ve experienced childhood neglect, gaslighting, or coercive dynamics, my focus is helping you reconnect to your truth, boundaries, and inner clarity. You don’t need to minimise your experience here. Together we untangle what happened and support your nervous system, your emotions, and your voice.

My work is intuitive, embodied, and grounded in real-life experience — not trends or ideology. I hold a level 4 Diploma in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Counselling and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (Distinction), and draw on over 15 years of practice in trauma-informed therapy, somatics, and holistic approaches. I’m also undertaking further professional development in Jungian psychology, which supports my depth-oriented and symbolic approach to healing.

Practice description

I bring warmth, emotional depth, and clarity to the therapeutic space. My intention is to offer a grounded, collaborative relationship where you can safely explore your patterns, emotions, and lived experience — without judgement or agenda.

Clients often come to me feeling disconnected, confused, or like they’ve lost touch with their inner voice. Our work gently supports you to reconnect with your truth, clarify your boundaries, and process difficult or complex relational experiences. I value honesty, nuance, and emotional sovereignty — and I honour how much courage it takes to step into healing.

My style is intuitive and attuned. I offer presence, challenge when it’s needed, and space to make sense of your experience in your own time. While I draw from a wide range of models (including somatic, Jungian, and trauma-informed approaches), I don’t impose a fixed method. I listen for what’s true for you.

Clients often describe feeling deeply seen, validated, and empowered in our sessions. Whether we’re working through longstanding pain, navigating relationship repair, or supporting nervous system regulation, I bring a steady, respectful presence to the process.

My first session

Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15-minute video call to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore whether we might be a good fit to work together. This is an opportunity for us to connect and for you to get a sense of my approach.

If we decide to move forward, I will send you a contract outlining our agreement, including confidentiality, session terms, and expectations. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the contract, we’ll arrange a weekly session time that works for you.

All sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. I encourage you to create a quiet, safe, and comfortable environment for our sessions—this is your time to connect with yourself and focus on your healing and well-being.
