About me and my therapy practice

Jessie Zeina: Â鶹ԭ´´-Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Coach

With experience supporting people through complex life moments and a background in the corporate world, I understand the importance of combining emotional insight with practical tools that genuinely help you move forward. That’s why I’ve trained in both psychotherapy and coaching.

I know starting therapy can feel daunting. Looking inward and making changes isn’t easy, but I’ve witnessed how profoundly transformative this work can be. I’m here to walk beside you through that process.

I’m Jessie, a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered psychotherapist and coach, and my aim is to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. If you’re going through something challenging and want both compassionate support and clear, grounded guidance, I’m here for you.

As an integrative therapist, I don’t take a distant or silent approach - I’m warm, engaged, and actively involved. Together, we’ll explore what you’re facing and work toward meaningful, lasting change using a blend of therapeutic insight and goal-focused coaching. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to support you.

Practice description

How we’ll work together

Our work will centre on what matters most to you. We’ll begin by exploring what’s happening in your life, how it’s affecting you, and what you hope to change or achieve. Having a shared sense of direction helps us stay grounded, and when things feel unclear or stuck, your goals will guide us forward.

My training includes a range of approaches from psychodynamic therapy, which helps us understand the impact of past experiences, to CBT, which focuses on patterns in the present. I also work in a trauma-informed way when needed. As a certified coach, I can offer practical, hands-on tools and exercises or we can simply work through things together in conversation. We’ll tailor the process so it feels supportive and right for you.

If you’d like to explore how these approaches could help, I’m always happy to talk things through.

What does good therapy look like to me?

Good therapy is a genuine partnership. It’s about exploring your inner world together your thoughts, feelings, patterns and allowing the work to evolve as you do.

I want you to feel engaged and supported, applying practical strategies that bridge the gap between insight and everyday life. Progress often shows up in subtle but powerful ways: how you respond to challenges, how you speak to yourself, or how you navigate difficult moments.

I’ll be here for as long as you need, steady and supportive. And when you feel ready to move forward on your own, you’ll know I’m just a call away if you ever want to reconnect.

Whenever you feel ready to begin, I’d love to be part of your journey.
