About me and my therapy practice
Hullo, I am a qualified professional dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space where you are heard, seen, and empowered to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
With a wholehearted belief in your capacity for self-discovery, self-awareness, and personal growth, sessions are led by the issues you bring.
Specialising in trauma, grief, and anger, I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, unbalanced, and, sometimes, on the edge. Additionally, I work with relationship difficulties, historical issues, life changes and pressures, and the stresses these can create.
Therapy can be challenging. I am here to listen to you with empathy and understanding and help you navigate life's challenges at your own pace. My aim is to empower you to seek understanding and move forward in discovering the person you want to be.
The therapist-client relationship is key, and finding the right therapist is crucial to the healing process. For more information about me and (my version of) what to expect from therapy, please visit my website - www.carolhymustherapy.co.uk
Together, we can work towards finding clarity, healing, and empowerment.
