About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm and thoughtful therapeutic space where you can take time to explore what’s happening in your life — whether that’s emotional difficulty, relationship struggles, or a more subtle sense that something isn’t quite right. I work with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, family tension, anger, burnout, and questions around identity, energy, and self-esteem. A central part of my practice is working with neurodivergent clients — including those who identify with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, or simply experience the world in a way that hasn’t always felt fully understood.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person. My approach is relational and person-centred, meaning I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, we explore together — at a pace that feels right for you — in a space that’s attuned, grounded, and most importantly non-judgemental.
Practice description
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person. My approach is relational and person-centred, meaning I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, we explore together — at a pace that feels right for you — in a space that’s attuned, grounded, and most importantly non-judgemental.Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to reflect, you're not alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore things together — at your pace. If something in you is ready to reach out, it would be lovely to hear from you.
