About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm and thoughtful therapeutic space where you can take time to explore what’s happening in your life — whether that’s emotional difficulty, relationship struggles, or a more subtle sense that something isn’t quite right. I work with a wide range of presenting issues: including anxiety, depression, overwhelm, family tension, anger, burnout, and questions around identity, energy, and self-esteem. A central part of my practice is working with neurodivergent clients — including those who identify with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, or simply experience the world in a way that hasn’t always felt fully understood.

Practice description

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person. My approach is relational and person-centred, meaning I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, we explore together — at a pace that feels right for you — in a space that’s attuned, grounded, and most importantly non-judgemental.
